§ 1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with using the website https://shopradar.io (hereinafter: "Service").

The Controller takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that the data collected is processed in accordance with the law (GDPR).

§ 2. Scope and Purpose of Data Collection

The Service collects information about users in the following ways:

• Through information voluntarily entered in forms (e.g., contact form, demo scheduling).
• Through saving cookie files on end devices.
• Through collecting www server logs and analytics data using PostHog tool.

Purposes of data processing:

• Communication: responding to inquiries submitted through the form or email (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).
• Service provision: handling the consultation/demo scheduling process (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessity for contract performance).
• Product analytics: analyzing how the website is used to improve its functionality and user experience (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

§ 3. Data Recipients (Processors)

The Controller informs that Users' personal data may be entrusted for processing to cooperating entities, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this policy. Data recipients may include:

• Hosting and IT infrastructure providers – entities providing servers on which the website and databases are installed (data storage).
• Analytics tool providers – in this case, the Service uses PostHog tool to analyze user behavior within the website.
• Calendar and meeting tool providers – (e.g., Cal.com) for technical handling of appointment scheduling.

Data is not resold to third parties.
